  • add   • Oil 500gm
  • add   • Crush kali mirch 50gm
  • add   • Ginger & garlic past 200gm
  • add   • Butter 250gm
  • add   • Coriander powder 3tbsp
  • add   • Cumin powder 2tbsp
  • add   • White gravy 2leader
  • add   • G. masala powder 1tbsp
  • add   • Kasoori methi 2tbsp
  • add   • Salt to test
  • add   • Chop coriander 50gm
  • add   • Cream 500gm.
  • add   • Butter 200gm.
  • add   • Lemon 06no.

Take a handi heat oil add crush kali mirch, ginger & garlic past sauté add boiled onion past sauté very well, butter, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and sauté when oil lives add white gravy after marinate chicken, Garam masala powder, Kasoori methi, cream mix very well and remove from the fire.
