Ingredients [?] Change Serving Size Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   1 package of %100 whole wheat pasta any kind.
  •   1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
  •   1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
  •   1 cup fresh red & yellow tomato diced
  •   1/2 sliced black olive
  •   1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  •   lemon pepper to taste
  •   salt to taste
  •   balsamic vinegar to taste
  •   1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese

Instructions

  1. cook the pasta according the package direction.
  2. in a very large bowel mix all the ingredients into pasta ..mix with pasta fork . sprinkle the cheese & it is ready to enjoy.

I LOVE this salad. It's the easiest recipe ever and it's SO delicious. I eat it as a snack, or as a meal either by itself or with a salad. So simple and AWESOME.
