1 package of %100 whole wheat pasta any kind.
-
1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
-
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
-
1 cup fresh red & yellow tomato diced
-
1/2 sliced black olive
-
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
-
lemon pepper to taste
-
salt to taste
-
balsamic vinegar to taste
-
1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese
Instructions
- cook the pasta according the package direction.
- in a very large bowel mix all the ingredients into pasta ..mix with pasta fork . sprinkle the cheese & it is ready to enjoy.
