You are hungry. do not know what you want . but , you want something light & nutrition food & full of taste to satisfy your taste buds.so i created this salad.

- add 1 package of %100 whole wheat pasta any kind.
- add 1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
- add 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
- add 1 cup fresh red & yellow tomato diced
- add 1/2 sliced black olive
- add 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- add lemon pepper to taste
- add salt to taste
- add balsamic vinegar to taste
- add 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese
- cook the pasta according the package direction.
- in a very large bowel mix all the ingredients into pasta ..mix with pasta fork . sprinkle the cheese & it is ready to enjoy.
