  • add   Basil
  • add   Olive Oil
  • add   Buffala Mozzarella Cheese
  • add   Capers
  • add   Kalamata Olives (de-pitted)
  • add   Penne pasta


  1. Boil water and add salt and pasta. Follow packages directions for cooking time.
  2. In bowl combine olive oil, chopped basil, capers, kalamata olives, and torn chunks of buffala mozzarella cheese.
  3. Add pasta once cooked and mix. Sprinkle salt & pepper as desired.
  4. Serve right away. Great as cold dish too.
