- add Basil
- add Olive Oil
- add Buffala Mozzarella Cheese
- add Capers
- add Kalamata Olives (de-pitted)
- add Penne pasta
- Boil water and add salt and pasta. Follow packages directions for cooking time.
- In bowl combine olive oil, chopped basil, capers, kalamata olives, and torn chunks of buffala mozzarella cheese.
- Add pasta once cooked and mix. Sprinkle salt & pepper as desired.
- Serve right away. Great as cold dish too.
