  •   INGREDIENTS
  •   1 3/4 cups white sugar
  •   1/2 cup milk
  •   1/2 cup butter
  •   4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  •   1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  •   3 cups quick-cooking oats
  •   1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. DIRECTIONS
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool until hardened.

To make these appeal to health-nuts: remove butter, replace white sugar w/ splenda and add in one scoop of chocolate protein powder. constantly stir while over heat until it thickens to a paste, turn heat off and add cocoa powder, natural pb, oats, and vanilla. i like to put these in the freezer. yum!

i have made these with you before i think.. lol.. and i hate peanut butter so i would go with chocolate..lol... no bake cookies i have to say are the easiest and yummiest thing to make..i like these alot.. good recipe...

The biggest and softest molasses cookies I have ever had. I have tried many recipes and these are the best. The secret is the 1/4 cup of Black Strap molasses (if you have it) added to the regular molasses. And yes, the recipe is correct--no eggs, yet they are still the softest.

My very best friend from school gave this recipe to me. I kinda thought she was crazy. Vinegar cookies???? She isn't crazy they are really good.
