  • add   McCormick Old Bay Seasoning
  • add   Italian Seasoning (all herbs)
  • add   Onion Powder
  • add   Garlic Powder
  • add   6 Chicken Thighs
  • add   For this particular recipe I used Thighs. They offer more "meat" than wings and absorb the head of the Old Bay. Wings are much HOTTER!

Instructions

  1. Soak thighs for 30 mins in vinegar and water to clean. Rinse with cold water at least twice.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare baking pan by spraying bottom of pan with cooking spray.Using a 9" foam plate measure onto plate:1 1/4 Tbls of Garlic Powder2 Tbls of Onion Powder 2 1/2 Tbls Italian Seasoning3 Tbls McCormick Old Bay SeasoningMix well and make sure seasonings are evenly spread over plate. Completely coat chicken on both sides, skin side 1st. Place in baking pan skin side up. Repeat until all 6 pieces have been coated. Cover with foil.Bake for 45 mins(or until juices run clear). Remove foil and let skin crisp 10 mins more. Remove from heat and serve with your favorite side dish.Super Quick recipe.Using all ingrediants above:Cover bottom of plate with onion powder, then add garlic powder, next add Italian Seasoning and Finally add McCormick Old Bay Seasoning. Old Bay should completely cover the plate and the previous seasonings. Mix well on plate. Coat chicken and bake as above.
