  •   2 Tbl oil
  •   bread crumbs (or store bought oven coating mix)
  •   1 cup orange marmalade
  •   1/2 cup orange juice
  •   1Tbl red pepper flakes
  •   1/4 cup soy sauce
  •   4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    Spread 2 oil on a heavy oven safe pan large enough to hold chicken.

    Combine orange juice, soy sauce and red pepper flakes. Refridgerate and marinate chicken in soy sauce mixture at least 1 hour or longer.


    Remove chicken from marinade reserving liquid. Combine marinade and orange marmalade still till smooth. Dip chicken in marmalade mixture and then coat with bread crumbs. Place on oiled pan.

    Cook for 30 min without turning.

    Serve with rice and oriental vegitables.
