  • add   2 papayas, rinsed and
  • add   peeled
  • add   1 medium banana, peeled
  • add   and sliced
  • add   1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  • add   1 cup sliced strawberries
  • add   1 (11-ounce) can mandarin
  • add   oranges, drained
  • add    cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • add   1 tablespoon honey*
  • add   2 teaspoons chopped fresh
  • add   mint (optional)


  1. Preparation
  2. 1. Cut papayas in half
  3. lengthwise. Scoop out
  4. seeds. Place each half in a
  5. medium plate.
  6. 2. Place an equal amount
  7. of banana, kiwifruit,
  8. strawberries, and oranges
  9. in each papaya half.
  10. 3. Combine yogurt, honey
  11. and mint; mix well. Spoon
  12. over fruit before serving
