This recipe is an all time favorite of my family.....especially my daughter and her boyfriend as a quick mid-day snack before they "hit the trails"!

- add 1 package Wacky Mac noodles, cooked and drained
- add 1 - 24 oz package imitation crab meat
- add 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- add 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- add 1/2 - 3/4 cup Thousand Island Salad Dressing
- add 1/2 cup Hellman's Mayo
- add 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- add slivered almonds
- add shredded cheese
- add salt and pepper
- add Grape tomatoes, optional
- Combine 1st 4 ingredients in large bowl. Combine the 1000 Island Dressing and mayo and pour over ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Lightly stir in shredded lettuce, salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to serving dish and top with slivered almonds and shredded cheese to taste.
