Change Serving Size
  • add   8-10 oz. spaghetti, broken in half, cooked slightly more than al dente, drained and cooled with ice bath
  • add   1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
  • add   1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • add   1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • add   1/4 cup cucumber, seeded and chopped
  • add   1/2 cup greek olive salad with feta, choped (I get it at the olive bar in the grocery store)
  • add   2 thick slices of hard salami, cut in chunks
  • add   1/2-1 cup of Good Seasons pkg dressing, prepared according to directions

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and toss well. Chill for at least an hour so flavors will meld.
