•   6 eggs 6 eggs
•   3 1/2 cups white sugar 3 1/2 cups white sugar

•   4 cups heavy cream 4 cups heavy cream
•   2 cups half-and-half cream 2 cups half-and-half cream
•   2 teaspoons vanilla 2 teaspoons vanilla
•   3/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. In large bowl, mix together eggs and sugar until smooth; puree peaches in blender or food processor and stir5 cups of puree into egg mixture. Stir in cream, half-and-half, vanilla and salt and mix well.
2. Pour mixture into freezer conister of ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
3. Makes 4 quarts

My ice cream maker is only 1 1/2 quart. So, I halve this recipe. Also, if you do not want to use raw eggs because of young children, pregnant women or the elderly, I use egg beaters and you can not tell the difference
