  • add   2 1/2-3 cups sliced peaches
  • add   1 cup orange juice
  • add   2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
  • add   1 cup water
  • add   2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt or sour cream
  • add   1 dash ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the container of an electric blender.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
