This is best with fresh juicy peaches. Chill 2-3 hours.

- add 2 1/2-3 cups sliced peaches
- add 1 cup orange juice
- add 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
- add 1 cup water
- add 2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt or sour cream
- add 1 dash ground cinnamon
- Add all the ingredients to the container of an electric blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
