Serve this fruity salsa over grilled fish,pork or chicken. Top a green salad with it. Or use it to dip chips or toasted pita into.

- add salt and pepper
- add 1/2 cup red onions
- add 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- add cayenne
- add 1 teaspoon honey
- add 1/2 cup holland orange bell peppers
- add 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- add 1/4 cup cilantro or parsley
- add 1 ripe fresh mango
- add 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- add 2 ripe fresh peaches
- Mix all in a medium bowl.
- Chill for 1 hour to blend flavors.
