  • add   salt and pepper
  • add   1/2 cup red onions
  • add   1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • add   cayenne
  • add   1 teaspoon honey
  • add   1/2 cup holland orange bell peppers
  • add   1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • add   1/4 cup cilantro or parsley
  • add   1 ripe fresh mango
  • add   1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • add   2 ripe fresh peaches


  1. Mix all in a medium bowl.
  2. Chill for 1 hour to blend flavors.
  3. Serve.
