•   mashed potatoes mashed potatoes
•   onion (1 sliced med. ) onion (1 sliced med. )

•   mushrooms ( 1 can ) mushrooms ( 1 can )
•   gravy ( pork, turkey, ham, chicken ) gravy ( pork, turkey, ham, chicken )
•   bacon ( 6 - 12 slices ) ( this depends on the dish size ) bacon ( 6 - 12 slices ) ( this depends on the dish size )
•   cream corn ( 1 can ) cream corn ( 1 can )
•   moz. cheese ( 3 cups - grated ) moz. cheese ( 3 cups - grated )
•   salt salt
•   pepper pepper

Instructions

1. lightly butter the bakiing dish that you are going to be using to cook with. place the mashed potatoes in and level out and the add these ingrediences. in this order. place sliced onion over the potatoes, then the mushrooms. sprinkle with salt and pepper. add the cream corn and then the gravy. place the bacon over the top of all of that and put it in the oven at 350 F for 45 minutes then remove from the oven and sprinkle the cheese over that and put back in the oven until the chese is just melted but not too melted.
2. this is really good served with baked chicken.
