just something that i threw together one night with left overs and it turned out really good. my husband really liked it alot.

•   slice potatoes ( however much as needed ) slice potatoes ( however much as needed )
•   mushrooms ( 1 can ) mushrooms ( 1 can )
•   1 sliced med. onion 1 sliced med. onion
•   grated mazerella cheese ( approx. 3 cups ) grated mazerella cheese ( approx. 3 cups )
•   1 can of cream mushroom soup 1 can of cream mushroom soup
•   spices ( whatever you like for spices ) spices ( whatever you like for spices )
•   1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. butter

Instructions

1. in a baking dish slice your potatoes up then add you cream mushroom soup and spread it over the top of the potatoes.
2. add you sliced onions and can of mushrooms.
3. sprinkle with the spices that you desire. place in the oven on 350 F for 1/2 hour then sprinkle the cheese over the top and put it back in the oven and leave it in the oven til the cheese melts then take out and serve with whatever meat that you are serving.
