  • add   Sesame seed crackers
  • add   6 slices prosciutto
  • add   1-1/2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • add   ½ teaspoon hot chili powder
  • add   1-1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • add   1/4 cup maple syrup, preferably Grade B
  • add   3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • add   1-1/2 tablespoons bottled teriyaki sauce
  • add   1-1/2 tablespoons Kentucky bourbon


  1. Preheat broiler. Cut chicken into 1-1/2 squares; cut the prosciutto slices in half lengthwise, then in half horizontally.In a bowl combine bourbon, teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, maple syrup, mustard and chili powder. Add chicken and toss to coat each piece well. Wrap 1 piece prosciutto around each chicken bite and place, seam side down, on a foil-lined baking sheet which has been sprayed with pan-release. Broil the chicken for 3 minutes, turn and broil for another 3 minutes. Test for doneness with a skewer the juices should run clear. Place chicken bites on sesame crackers and serve warm.
