Puffy Crusted Olive Pizza

I was inspired to use the olive bar at the grocery store as a base for this odd pizza, that turned out to be quite tasty.

Ingredients [?] Change Serving Size Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   1/4 cup sliced green olives
  •   1/4 cup diced black olives
  •   4 tbs. pimentos
  •   4 tbps. chopped garlic
  •   2 tbsp. diced cooked carrots
  •   2 cups of mozzarella cheese
  •   1 can of pillsbury pizza dough
  •   1 tsp corn meal
  •   3/4 jar of tomato sauce with mushrooms

Instructions

  1. 1. sprinkle corn meal on either a pizza pan or stone
  2. 2. spread pillsbury dough out on a pan/pizza stone
  3. 3. cover dough with olives, pimentos, garlic, carrots
  4. 4. top with cheese
  5. Bake 20 minutes at 400?
