1/2 lb. your favorite steak (we like flank or sirloin)

steak seasoning (if you don't have-use salt, pepper, garlic powder)

2 cups salad greens

3 Tbs. sliced black olives

1 small Romano tomato, quartered

2 Tbs. fried onions (we use French's brand)

Optional-radishes, green onions, cucumber, avocado

Dressing: You can use your favorite bottled dressing, or make this simple one:

1 Tbs. Dijon mustard in a small bowl, mix in with a whisk 1 Tbls. good red wine vinegar, 4 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil, dash garlic powder, salt and pepper
Instructions
- Season and grill your steak to desired doneness. Cover with foil and let sit for at least 5 minutes before slicing into 1/8" slices
- Place salad greens in salad bowl, top with olives and tomato slices. Place steak slices on greens and top with fried onions.
- Drizzle dressing over all and enjoy!

Serve with warm rolls, garlic bread or cornbread muffins...delicious! Recipe can easily be doubled.
