  •   2 cups salad greens
  •   3 Tbs. sliced black olives
  •   1 small Romano tomato, quartered
  •   2 Tbs. fried onions (we use French's brand)
  •   Optional-radishes, green onions, cucumber, avocado
  •   Dressing: You can use your favorite bottled dressing, or make this simple one:
  •   1 Tbs. Dijon mustard in a small bowl, mix in with a whisk 1 Tbls. good red wine vinegar, 4 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil, dash garlic powder, salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season and grill your steak to desired doneness. Cover with foil and let sit for at least 5 minutes before slicing into 1/8" slices
  2. Place salad greens in salad bowl, top with olives and tomato slices. Place steak slices on greens and top with fried onions.
  3. Drizzle dressing over all and enjoy!

I stole this from a former Ruth Chris' Chef that craved the flavor at home... You're going to need a cast iron skillet for this one though, the high heat will burn the Teflon off non-stick pans. If you have it, a cast iron skillet with raised grease ridges would be perfect.
