I'm posting this recipe here so that I don't lose it! I haven't tried it but it seems worth trying. Can't get much easier. With a good stout or dark beer this could be extremely yummy. Originally from the kitchen of Rosemary Champion.
- add 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- add 3 cups whole-wheat flour
- add 1 can full strength beer (at room temp)
- Sift flour and then mix well.
- Bake in an oven at 350 deg F for approx 40 minutes.
