Change Serving Size
  • add   1-Rack of lamb .cut into each piece with bone attached.
  • add   2-1 tea spoon fresh minced Rosemary
  • add   3-1/2 tea spoon cumin powder
  • add   4- 1 Tb spoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • add   5-1 Tb spoon Balsamic vinegar
  • add   6-Mince garlic (optional)
  • add   7- Sea salt & pepper to taste.

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredient in a big dish & place the cut individual lamb in the seasoning & rub well over the lamb.
  2. marinate 1 hr before grilling.
  3. Note :
  4. Hot grill should cook the lamb about 5 min or less each side to a golden color . do not over grill
  5. This dish could be serve with any vegetable, Rice or potato as side dish.Enjoy!
