I always think that cooking & enjoying a great meal should not be hard! this recipe is one that will pleases all..

- add 1-Rack of lamb .cut into each piece with bone attached.
- add 2-1 tea spoon fresh minced Rosemary
- add 3-1/2 tea spoon cumin powder
- add 4- 1 Tb spoon Extra virgin olive oil
- add 5-1 Tb spoon Balsamic vinegar
- add 6-Mince garlic (optional)
- add 7- Sea salt & pepper to taste.
- Combine all the ingredient in a big dish & place the cut individual lamb in the seasoning & rub well over the lamb.
- marinate 1 hr before grilling.
- Note :
- Hot grill should cook the lamb about 5 min or less each side to a golden color . do not over grill
- This dish could be serve with any vegetable, Rice or potato as side dish.Enjoy!
