One always thinks that you can make salad always with lettuce. but lokk closer in your kitchen & you can create a salad that is fresh & healthy in no time.

- add 1red pear
- add 1 apple any kind
- add 1 carrot med size
- add 1 persian cucumber
- add 2 small slice ginger in size of quater coin diced small
- add 1 table sppon extra virgin olive oil more or less to taste
- add 1 table spoon balsamic vinegar
- add more or less to your taste
- add sea salt to taste
- add dash of Italian season
- wash all the ingredient. and shred all the Apple,Pear,cucumber & carrot.
- in a med size bowl place all the shredded apple,pear,carrots add the dice ginger. toss then add extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar,Italian season, salt mix couple time.. is ready to serve.
