Change Serving Size
  • add   1 Pkg. fresh salad greens-your choice
  • add   1/4 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
  • add   1 small red onion sliced thin
  • add   Optional - Grape tomatoes, olives, fresh croutons
  • add   1/2 lb. deli sliced roast beef (or leftovers if you have them)
  • add   Dressing:
  • add   1/3 Cup each mayonnaise and sour cream
  • add   3 Tbs. bottled horseradish
  • add   1 tsp. wine vinegar
  • add   Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place greens, mushrooms, onion and roast beef in salad bowl.
  2. Mix dressing and pour over all.
  3. Enjoy!
