A Delicious light meal!
If you see an ingredient you would like to add to your shopping list simply click the icon and the item will be saved in your "Home" under the "Shopping List" link
- add 1 Pkg. fresh salad greens-your choice
- add 1/4 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
- add 1 small red onion sliced thin
- add Optional - Grape tomatoes, olives, fresh croutons
- add 1/2 lb. deli sliced roast beef (or leftovers if you have them)
- add Dressing:
- add 1/3 Cup each mayonnaise and sour cream
- add 3 Tbs. bottled horseradish
- add 1 tsp. wine vinegar
- add Salt & Pepper to taste
- Place greens, mushrooms, onion and roast beef in salad bowl.
- Mix dressing and pour over all.
