1 cup of chopped herbs

1 cup of heavy cream

1tbsp olive oil
-
2tbsp of garlic butter
-
1medeum sweet potato [chopped]

1 cup vegetable stock
-
1 chopped onion
-
cheese[parmesean and cheadder]
-
sweet dry coconut
-
4 fresh chicken breast
-
salt&pepper
-
chopped herbs
-
1half ripe plantain
-
sweet pepper[all colours]
-
5 spinich leaves
-
4 garlic pods
-
1cup of heavy cream
-
chicken stock
-
1 chopped onions
-
1 cup chopped herbs
-
salt and pepper
-
parmasean andcheddar cheese
-
water if needed
Instructions
- Saute` herbs and onions with olive oil and garlic spread,after add stock,heavy cream and sweet potatoes and let simmer under a medium heat.
- while that simmers take the 4 chicken breast and pound lightly to get flat season with salt and pepper.
- set aside the chicken breast and in another pan saute'theplantain and spinich.
- After take chicken breast on cutting board stuff it with the plantain spinich,and sweet peppers.
- after stuffing it dip the chicken in egg wash [egg,salt,pepper,milk] and then roll in coconut do the same for the other 3
- go back to the sweet potatoes add cheese and then test and see if cook and remove them ap place in a baking dish and place in oven
- saute garlic and onions and herbs and the place heavy cream and stock and water simmer for a while and salt and pepper and then add chesse.
