For as long as I can remember I've been eating this dessert. My mom used to make two fruit pizzas for all family functions, one for the family and one for my dad. Now that I am engaged, I make this for any party I go to and an extra for my fiance.

Whoa...I love me some fruit pizza. I didn't realize it was such a common phenomenon. I'm not nearly as impressed by my mom anymore.

Note From The Chef

You can substitute others fruits of your choice such as, peaches, mango, apple, banana, etc. If you use banana, make sure to dip in lemon juice to keep it from browning.
