This is my friend Galina's recipe. She is Russian and we love it. It's very easy to make.

Instructions
- Cut off the tips of the eggs on both sides so they can sit on the flat surface without falling.
- Cut each egg in half making two cups.
- Take out the yolk.
- Mix the yolk with the white tips of the cups and mesh them together.
- Add some mayonnaise to the mix for taste and for smooth paste consistency.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Fill each cup with the paste and top it with some red caviar.
- Caviar has to be purchased in Russian stores though. No supermarket caviar would do.
- Place the cups on a flat serving plate. Refrigerate. Serve cold.
