1 lb cooked Turkey or chicken meat chunks

8 med boiled, skined & diced potato chunks

8 boiled eggs shelled & diced

4 large pickels diced
-
1- 8 oz can peas & carrots
-
2- TBS mayo totaste
-
lemon pepper to taste
-
Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Lemon juice to taste
-
salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingrediants in a larg bowl.add the lemon pepper,olive oil,lemon juice & Mayo mix well. chill Or serve room temperture .
- could be used as any time food for any time occasion with any kind of bread.

Unbeleivable dish. Great as a side or on a sandwhich. It's kinda like a mix bewteen a potato salad and an egg salad with ...... i dont know its very tasty and unique!!!
