This salad is one of our family greatest recipe..once you taste it you will never forget the taste. it is so unique you will want more & more...also it is perfect for holidays..& parties..specially it is a good & perfect recipe foryour left over turkey & chicken..

Change Serving Size
  • add   1 lb cooked Turkey or chicken meat chunks
  • add   8 med boiled, skined & diced potato chunks
  • add   8 boiled eggs shelled & diced
  • add   4 large pickels diced
  • add   1- 8 oz can peas & carrots
  • add   2- TBS mayo totaste
  • add   lemon pepper to taste
  • add   Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • add   Lemon juice to taste
  • add   salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingrediants in a larg bowl.add the lemon pepper,olive oil,lemon juice & Mayo mix well. chill Or serve room temperture .
  2. could be used as any time food for any time occasion with any kind of bread.

Unbeleivable dish. Great as a side or on a sandwhich. It's kinda like a mix bewteen a potato salad and an egg salad with ...... i dont know its very tasty and unique!!!
