Here is one summer salad or any seanon you would always like to have as a side dish.. you can always find in store, tomato,cucumber & onion.. it is a must with all the Persian dishes for example rice with kobab or veal cutlet etc...
- add 2 cucumbers peeled & diced
- add one large yellow or red onion diced
- add 2 large tomato dice
- add 3 table spoon extra oil
- add to taste lemon juice or balsamic vineger
- add 1 tea spoon dry or fresh mint
- add dash of dry or fresh chopped basil
- add salt & pepper to taste
- In a large bowl mix all ingredient ...
- toss couple of times .
- leave it sit for 5 min....
- .can also be used right after put together..
