Here is one summer salad or any seanon you would always like to have as a side dish.. you can always find in store, tomato,cucumber & onion.. it is a must with all the Persian dishes for example rice with kobab or veal cutlet etc...

2 large tomato dice

3 table spoon extra oil

to taste lemon juice or balsamic vineger
