For those of you who love dishes that are easy to put together, this is it! This recipe was given to me by my dear friend Sam E who is a fabulous cook!

Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   6 medium potatoes unpeeled and sliced
  •   2 pkgs. onion soup mix
  •   2 sticks butter

Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes in 1/4 in. slices and layer in shingles in three rows in 13X9 baking dish.
  2. In small saucepan melt butter and add soup mix and cook for 3 mins. stirring constantly.
  3. Pour mixture evenly over potatoes, cover with foil and bake for 45 mins. at 350 degrees.
