Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   2 bottles of sam adams boston lager
  •   4 (1/2 lb) beef rib eye steaks
  •   2 tsp salt
  •   2 tbs and 1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper

Instructions

  1. rinse the steak and place in a large sealable container. sprinkle each side of the steaks with the salt and lemon pepper.
  2. gently pour sam adams boston lager over the steaks
  3. ( making sure the seasoning doesn't wash off )
  4. cover and refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours
  5. preheat grill for high heat
  6. lightly oil grate. place steaks on grill and cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached

I stole this from a former Ruth Chris' Chef that craved the flavor at home... You're going to need a cast iron skillet for this one though, the high heat will burn the Teflon off non-stick pans. If you have it, a cast iron skillet with raised grease ridges would be perfect.
