Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   1 dozen fresh white mushrooms
  •   5 Tbls. room temp. butter
  •   1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  •   1 Tbs. dried parsley flakes
  •   1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  •   Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  3. Combine the butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice and seasonings.
  4. Place a spoonful of of this mixture in each mushroom.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until butter is melted and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool a few minutes before serving.

This is quite a messy appetizer, but worth it. Be sure to offer plates to catch the butter, and plenty of napkins for clean up.
