  • add   cilantro sprigs
  • add   fresh raspberries
  • add   lemon slices
  • add   1/4 cup red pepper jelly
  • add   1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam or fruit spread
  • add   1/3 cup lemon juice
  • add   1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • add   1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • add   1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • add   1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • add   1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • add   1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • add   l/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • add   4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves


  1. In a small dish, mix together cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cumin, cayenne pepper, and garlic salt. Rub mixture over each chicken breast half.In non-stick frypan, place oil and heat to medium temperature. Add chicken and cook, turning about 12 minutes or until chicken is brown and fork can be inserted with ease. Remove chicken to platter and keep warm.To frypan add lemon juice, raspberry jam and red pepper jelly. Heat to a boil. Spoon sauce over chicken.Garnish with lemon slices, fresh raspberries and cilantro sprigs, if desired.4 servings
