My Mama makes these for holiday breakfasts or as appetizers. We love 'em! Use your favorite sausage...we like Jimmy Dean.

  •   1 lb bulk sausage
  •   1 can crescent roll dough

Instructions

    1. Take dough out of can in a whole sheet.
    2. Press perforated edges together to form one sheet of dough.
    3. Spread sausage over dough evenly.
    4. Starting with a long edge, roll dough and sausage into a log.
    5. Refrigerate log overnight or until firm.
    6. Slice 1/2 inch pieces from the log and place on baking sheet.
    7. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-18 minutes.

This is a really fun, quick, healthy, and easy breakfest, that is sure to delight the tast buds of anyone! I was making eggs one day, saw that I had tortillas, and cheese and bacon bits and I thought "A good breakfast burrito would be nice!" I put all of the stuff together, and BAM! an instant success!
