  • add   1 cup seasoned stuffing mix
  • add   2 Tbsps. fresh parsley, chopped, or 2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • add   3 Tbsps. grated Parmesan cheese
  • add   3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • add   1/4 tsp. garlic powder, or 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • add   1 small onion\cooked, chopped
  • add   1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsps. unsalted butter
  • add   1 lb. mushrooms\cooked


  1. Preheat oven to temperature 425°F. Remove stems from mushrooms. Chopenough to make 1 cup stemsand set aside. Melt 2 Tbs. butter ina saucepan over medium heat. Brush mushroom caps with butter and placetop side down in a shallow baking pan. Melt remaining butter in samepan. Add chopped mushroom stems, onion and garlic powder and cook 4-5minutes, or until tender. Stir in cream cheese, Parmesan cheese andparsley. Add stuffing. Mix lightly. Spoon about1 Tbs. stuffing mixture into eachmushroom cap. Bake 10 minutes, or until mushrooms are heatedthrough.
