Change Serving Size
  • add   1/2lb shrimp fresh shelled
  • add   1/2 lb sea scallop
  • add   1/2 fresh squid (cleaned cut 1 inch size & boil for 1 mint)
  • add   1 large tomato diced
  • add   1 large red onion
  • add   1/4 cup chopped green olive
  • add   1/4 cup chopped black olive
  • add   1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil or more as needed
  • add   1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • add   1 large lime juice
  • add   1 large lemon juice
  • add   1 large orange juice
  • add   garlic 1 tbs chopped
  • add   lemon pepper to taste
  • add   sea salt to taste
  • add   chopped med /hot or mild green peppers optional

Instructions

  1. in a large bowl mix the shrimp, scalop & squid add the lime juice,lemon,& orange juice ..cover the dish & refrigrate for 1 hr.. the add allthe other ingredient to the bowl stirr well taste tor salt ..again cove & refrigrate for another hr.. serve with toasted french ,sourdough wedge or your favorit crackers...
