Celery

Red Onion

Wheat Pita Wraps

Tsp. Lemon juice

Pepper to taste

1/2 Mayo

1/2 Sour Cream
-
1/4 Blue Cheese or Gorgonzola

Blue Cheese Dressing:
-
Chili Powder
-
Pepper
-
Salt
-
1/2 Cup Hot Sauce
-
4 Tbl. Butter
-
2 6 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

Buffalo Chicken:
Instructions
- Heat Oven to 450 Degrees
Heat Skillet and add butter to melt plus hot sauce
Liberally coat chicken in salt, pepper and chili sauce
Once butter and hot sauce has melted coat chicken breasts in sauce and place in pan for the oven.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour turning and coating the chicken in excess sauce.
Dressing:
Combine blue cheese, mayo, sour cream and mix add pepper and squirt of lemon to taste.
Once chicken is cooked let rest until cool and chop finely or shred, place in bowl.
Add one tablespoon of mayo plus a handful of chopped red onion and celery.
Warm wheat pitas in oven after chicken is finished.
Coat blue cheese dressing on the wheat pita, add shreded chicken and eat warm!
