- add Sesame seeds
- add 2 tsp. minced onions
- add 1/4 can grated Parmesan cheese
- add 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- add 1 lb. sm. shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined
- add 1 pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- Bake biscuits according to package directions. Cool; split horizontally. Put several shrimp on each biscuit. Mix mayonnaise with cheese and onion. Spoon some mayonnaise mixture over shrimp; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put canapes under broiler and broil until golden brown and bubbly, about 3 minutes. Recipe yields 6 to 8 servings. Preparation time about 20 minutes. Broiling time about 3 minutes.
