  •   cookin pan, lightly oiled
  •   9 x 12 inch oven
  •   1/4 cup Canola Oil
  •   1 tsp fresh ground pepper
  •   1 tsp shallot salt
  •   2 TBL dark brown sugar
  •   1 TBL dried mixed herbs
  •   1 tsp garlic powder
  •   1 tsp onion powder
  •   1 cup packaged bread crumbs with ramano cheese or italian style
  •   2 large full chicken breast

Instructions

  1. PreHeat oven to 375 degrees.
    Cooking time 30-40 minutes
    Feeds 4

    Clean chicken breast and cut into single size portions. Rinse thoroughly.

    Using a plastic bag - add bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, herbs, shallot salt, pepper, brown sugar. Shake all dried ingredients in bag.

    Put chicken pieces into the plastic bag with bread crumbs and seasoning, seal bag and shake until all pieces are evenly coated.

    Coat oil into pan evenly. Make sure oven has been pre-heated.

    Add pieces of chicken to pan in one layer.

    Turn the chicken about 20 minutes, make sure the Chicken is not sticking to the pan and browned. Turn and finish cooking making sure chicken has browned nicely. Approx 30-40 minutes cooking time.
    Enjoy with your favorite sides.

To be honest I made this up after a late night out. It isn't as wierd as it sounds though. There were a couple of inspirations. First, My old rommate Dan use to add tuna to his spaghetti for protien. Second, I saw another tuna spaghetti recipe at an amazing family owned resturante in DC called Pasta Mia. Anywho I love creating simple dishes that are insipred by high class meals.
