1/2 cup Sweetened Vanilla Yogurt
-
1/2 cup Fruit Juice (the blended 100% juice flavors are my faves)

1/2 cup Frozen Fruit (whichever berries, cherries you like - DO NOT THAW)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high until uniform color and fruit is liquified.
- Serve in tall glass with thick straw.

You can double the ingredients easily to make two servings at once. Heck, go for broke and make 4 servings at once by using 2 cups of each ingredient.
