I am all about the simple recipes made with simple, plain ingredients. This takes no time and the recipe can't be easier to remember because all amounts are equal.

Ingredients [?] Change Serving Size Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   1/2 cup Sweetened Vanilla Yogurt
  •   1/2 cup Fruit Juice (the blended 100% juice flavors are my faves)
  •   1/2 cup Frozen Fruit (whichever berries, cherries you like - DO NOT THAW)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until uniform color and fruit is liquified.
  3. Serve in tall glass with thick straw.

You can double the ingredients easily to make two servings at once. Heck, go for broke and make 4 servings at once by using 2 cups of each ingredient.
