An easy one dish meal.

- add 2 lbs ground beef
- add 1 large onion
- add salt and pepper
- add 1/4 cup green peppers
- add 2 cups tomatoes (chopped or canned)
- add 3 tablespoons rice
- add 3 large potatoes
- Grease 12x12 (or 9x13) baking dish.
- Place uncooked ingredients in dish in order given.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
