  • add   2 lbs ground beef
  • add   1 large onion
  • add   salt and pepper
  • add   1/4 cup green peppers
  • add   2 cups tomatoes (chopped or canned)
  • add   3 tablespoons rice
  • add   3 large potatoes

Instructions

  1. Grease 12x12 (or 9x13) baking dish.
  2. Place uncooked ingredients in dish in order given.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
