No cooking skills required. This is one of my favorite appetizers. I'll get so many oh and ah from guests every time I make this

Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   Multi-grain crackers
  •   Breakstone chives cream cheese
  •   1 package of Nova smoked salmon cut in to 2"x2"
  •   1 chopped tomato
  •   1 chopped red onion
  •   Capers for garnish

Instructions

  1. On each cracker spread 1 tbs of cream cheese
  2. top with salmon
  3. top with tomato
  4. top with red onion
  5. top with capers
  6. display it on a nice round or oval dish and vola it's ready to go.

I needed to make a last moment pot luck dish and had not planned anything. So i opened the pantry to see what was on hand, i had smoked salmon, 2 -3oz. packages, a 12 oz. jar of artichoke hearts in brine, a12 oz. box of tri-color Rotini pasta. I always have butter , flour and cheeses. So i Made a casserole from these ingredients.
