  • add   200 g light cream cheese
  • add   1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh dill (, to garnish)
  • add   1/4 glass white wine
  • add   1 (200 g) package smoked salmon
  • add   pita bread rounds or crackers

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except for dill in a food processor and process till smooth.
  2. Place in small bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Garnish with the chopped dill.
  4. Arrange pita crsps and/or around the dip.
  5. Serve.
