I've had this recipe for awhile. It is very easy to make.
If you see an ingredient you would like to add to your shopping list simply click the icon and the item will be saved in your "Home" under the "Shopping List" link
- add 3 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
- add black pepper
- add 1/2 cup chopped onions
- add 2/3 cup rice
- add salt
- add 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- Combine all the ingredients
- and pour into casserole.
- Bake 350* oven for 1 hour, check to see if done, may take a little longer.
- Stir occasionally.
