This easy-n-spicy dish is one of my all-time faves. I got the recipe from my cute mom and make it several times a year. Definitely a crowd pleaser, and it makes wonderful leftovers, too.

2 whole pork tenders

3 T. olive oil

4 garlic cloves

2 T. hot Chinese chili oil

2 T. Chinese sesame oil

2 T. hot Chinese chili oil

1 T. peanut butter
-
6 T. soy sauce
-
3 T. honey
-
3 T. orange juice
-
1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
-
2 teaspoons corn starch in 1 T. water
Instructions
- Stir olive oil, garlic, and 2 tablespoons chili oil together. Roll meat in oil mixture to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes, rotating halfway through. Combine remaining ingredients except corn starch mixture and heat through (about 20 minutes). Prior to serving, remove meat and discard marinade. Broil or grill for 10-15 minutes, rotating once or twice. Carve into one-inch slices. Reheat sauce, thickening with corn starch mix, stirring constantly. Pour over tenderloin and serve.
