This is a great dip that I usually make for brunch with the girls at work.

Change Serving Size
  • add   I roll of sausage (I use Bob Evans Original)
  • add   2 (10 oz) cans of Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
  • add   2 Blocks of Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Instructions

  1. While browning sausage in large frying pan, break into small pieces. (Best way is to use 2 forks)
  2. Drain fat from frying pan
  3. Mix in two blocks of cream cheese - Stir well
  4. Add in 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
  5. Cook until warmed through
  6. Serve with Fritos Scoops

The tomatoes and green chilies give the dip a little kick but if you want a spicier dip try using a spicy sausage like Bob Evans Zesty Hot Roll. Every store seems to keep the Rotel in different aisles. Try either the International aisle or the aisle with canned vegetables.
