- add 3 fresh mint leaves
- add 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- add 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- add 1 medium ripe papaya
- add 1/2 medium ripe mango
- add 2 habanero peppers
- add 3 scallions
- add 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- add 1 small red bell pepper
- add salt & freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in shallow bowl, and let sit for at least 30 minutes for flavours to meld.
- Use this the same day you make it.
