  • add   1 cup Kraft mayonnaise
  • add   2 cloves garlic
  • add   salt & pepper
  • add   1 medium onion
  • add   1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded (set aside 1/2 cup for garnish)
  • add   1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • add   2 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese
  • add   1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach
  • add   1 (13 ounce) can artichoke hearts


  1. Preheat oven 325.
  2. Mix all ingredients together (holding back 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese for the top).
  3. Put in a large casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle the top with remaining parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve with chips and enjoy!
