  • add   1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • add   1 loaf unsliced round rye bread or pumpernickel bread or sourdough bread
  • add   1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach
  • add   1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • add   4 green onions
  • add   1 (2 1/3 ounce) package knorrs vegetable soup mix
  • add   1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine above ingredients except bread and chill.
  2. Cut out center of bread into cube size pieces for dipping.
  3. Fill center with dip and serve.
