  •   1 (10 ounce) bag fresh spinach, stems removed
  •   1/2 cup orange juice
  •   fresh ground pepper
  •   2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  •   Citrus Vinaigrette:
  •   1 tablespoon white vinegar
  •   1/4 cup canola oil
  •   1 garlic clove, minced
  •   1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  •   1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  •   1/4 cup bacon, cooked to crisp

Instructions

    1. Prepare spinach in large salad bowl; mix in onion, mushrooms and bacon.
    2. To prepare vinaigrette, mix orange juice, canola oil, garlic, sugar, and vinegar. Pour vinaigrette on salad and lightly toss. Add fresh ground pepper to taste.
