Not sure exactly when this came about. All I can remember is being the only one who ate it while everyone else stuck their nose up at it. Now, everyone that I get to try it is obsessed. This is an easy recipe and very healthy. A great way to start the day...or end the night.

Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

Whole Wheat Eggo Waffles (or any other waffles you choose)
-
Reduced Fat Peanut Butter (or regular PB)
-
Yogurt (any flavor will work, we use Strawberry Banana)
Instructions
- Toast the Waffles.
- Spread on Peanut Butter.
- Top with Yogurt.
- ENJOY!

This sounds crazy but they are amazing. The cold hot and sticky creamy textures work so well together. I wonder who came up with that great name though....i dont seem to see it in the description...thats wierd, grrrrr ;)
