Not sure exactly when this came about. All I can remember is being the only one who ate it while everyone else stuck their nose up at it. Now, everyone that I get to try it is obsessed. This is an easy recipe and very healthy. A great way to start the day...or end the night.
- add Whole Wheat Eggo Waffles (or any other waffles you choose)
- add Reduced Fat Peanut Butter (or regular PB)
- add Yogurt (any flavor will work, we use Strawberry Banana)
- Toast the Waffles.
- Spread on Peanut Butter.
- Top with Yogurt.
