  • add   24 mushroom cleaned
  • add   Italian sausage 1/4 lb
  • add   green onion chopped fine
  • add   2 clove garlic or teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • add   1 tbs chopped parsley .
  • add   1/4 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • add   1/2 teas turmeric
  • add   1/2 teaspaperika
  • add   salt pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Saute the meat until brown.. add all the ingredient .
  2. stuff the the mushroom caps .
  3. pre heat oven 350 place the mushroom on baking sheet
  4. bake for 8 mi.. sprinkle the stuffed mushroom with any kind of shredded cheese , bake for 2 more min.. then serve warm or room temp..
  5. Enjoy
